Atomman's vilain:THE TANGLER

 The first appearance of the Tangler was in Atomman # 16 released in December 2010

 Then in Atomman # 18 where we learn his origin and his link to Skrull(See Atomman # 17)
this was released in February 2010

Final appearance was on the cover of The Justiciary # 1 but is actually in one image only.He later
appeared in a "flashback" in Atomman # 25 in September of that same year.
